At Anva Wellness, we want your ritual to begin as smoothly as it's meant to be lived — simple, honest, and without delay. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we take [1–2] business days to process and pack it with care before handing it over to our shipping partner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
- Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping.
- Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout, as noted on our cart page.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays due to weather, courier disruptions, local restrictions, or incorrect address details are beyond our control, though we'll always help track and resolve issues on your behalf.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on anvawellness.com or by reaching out to us directly.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute a package once it has been dispatched. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is lost in transit, please write to us at anvawellness@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery (or expected delivery date), along with your order number and photos/video of the package where applicable. We'll work with you to resolve it as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at anvawellness@gmail.com or +91 89259 27446. We can only accommodate changes before the order has been dispatched.
